Victor Hernandez is the founder and Managing Director of Atomic Consultation. With over 10 years of leadership experience, Victor brings expertise in talent acquisition, onboarding and offboarding, payroll management, HR analytics, and software integration. His deep understanding of HR operations and business strategy allows him to optimize processes and create efficient, people centered workplaces.

Currently pursuing a BA in Human Resources Management at Cal State LA, holds an AA in HR Management and Sociology, from Pasadena City College.

Certified in SHRM-CP, ADP Payroll, HR Analytics (UC Irvine), Workday, and Project Management.
